Zampaglione (@Tiromancino) was kind enough to join us and talk about his love letter to the Italian cinema that shaped him, how he married a slow-burn psychological descent with shocking moments of brutality, the fortune of casting Lauren LaVera just as Terrifier fans christened her horror royalty, and working with his own daughter to produce one of the most haunting performances from a child actor in a while.
